About the Space

This SF warehouse building has long been the site of film production work, all the way back to the classic 90s Hollywood film "So I Married an Axe Murderer." Our space has incredible light, lots of character, and has been used for photo shoots, commercial work, TV news production, studio film production, and documentaries. The service elevator and carts make loading gear in and out much easier. This Mission District warehouse loft is located on the top floor, in the corner of the building with Bernal Hill as a backdrop. The unit includes a spare bedroom that can be used as a changing room, a private bathroom, kitchen and access to two additional public bathrooms in the hallway and a shared rooftop garden with BBQ.
