About the Space
Our space is a content studio located in the historic Hyattsville's Arts District. We are only a 5-minute drive for DC and are a great option for your photo, video, and podcast shoots/recordings. There is an additional $75 per hour fee for 11-15 people in the space during bookings. Use of our backyard comes with the space when rented for events and shoots. Use of the front patio must be approved by management in advance. Our amenities include and are not limited to: - High-speed Wi-Fi - Various setups for shoots - SmartTVs - HDMI capability - 1.5 bathrooms !!YOU MUST REMOVE ANY AND ALL TRASH THAT DOES NOT FIT IN THE STUDIO TRASH CAN. TOURS ARE SCHEDULED ON MONDAYS ONLY, BETWEEN 10AM - 5PM. *Equipment not included. Rates: $130/hour (1-10 people).
