Such a beautiful little space! The space was very clean and aesthetic, perfect for our shoot. Will definitely be coming back :)

Minimalist condo with generous natural light and tasteful furnishings. Large outdoor furnished terrace w/ plants. Unit is in a boutique low-rise condo building on a quiet street facing a park in Roncesvalles. Late afternoon light leaks directly into the condo and we have full sunshine on the terrace throughout the day. We have blind coverings on the windows as well. Includes - Dimmable Ring Light (please let me know in advance) - High-speed wifi to keep you connected - Free street parking (until midnight) - Bluetooth Speaker - 75" Samsung TV - Fully operating kitchen - Access to a large terrace Please be aware that the hallway is not a part of our rental unit. All photo/video shoots and equipment need to be kept inside the unit. *No Smoking **Please no loud music, DJs or parties as we'd like to be respectful of our neighbours.
