About the Space

Gorgeous loft space with two walls of floor to ceiling windows and lots of options for shooting. The light is amazing - direct sunlight for most of the day, you can also filter it with the curtains for a soft dreamy warm light. There's also daylight-toned light strips in the overhead lighting, so no matter the hour the studio has a nice warm light. LIGHTING: During the spring through fall months, the space is full of light through early evening 5-7, the sun sets and our colorful up light system kicks into place, creating a colorful and cozy ambiance for our evening guests. Rgb light controls available to all guests. We get a beautiful sunset view from our corner studio as well! Thanks to our amazing floor to ceiling windows lining two of our four walls. LIGHTING: (January) - the long wall of windows (east-facing) gets lots of sun in the mornings until about 11am, then by noon the shorter wall of window gets direct sunlight until about 2pm before the sun goes down behind buildings. It is still quite bright all day. There are two AC units (just added another recently!), so it can stay cool :) Please No smoking, no alcohol in the hallways or bathrooms. Thank you for respecting our space, please treat it as a temple, a church, or your grandmas home. As nicely as you would your own living room, if not better. We appreciate you helping us to maintain a safe, clean and well-kept environment for each guest. If the above rules are not followed and there is evidence of smoking in the space, unfortunately we will need to employ a few of $200.
