2500sqft Industrial looking event space with plenty of windows, natural light and amazing view of Times Square. Features a modern bar, lounge seats, pool table, PA system, 130" Matrix display with cable and Apple TV. This space has been used for movie shoots, music videos, podcasts, album release parties and many other events. Connected and wired to the event space is a 1200sqft state of the art recording studio with private lounge. The space has direct access to the freight elevator which makes loading and unloading easy.
