Ranch with a basement, great for photo shoots, video shoots and/or retreat style meetings. Spacious deck overlooking large backyard. Great for shoots. Photos shown demonstrate summer look; fall look is scenic as well. Free WiFi, televisions with cable and projection screen. Fire pit available year round at no extra charge. Pool (heated) is an add-on and is available from May 1 -Nov 1. Pool is covered/fenced during off-season. Fence can be removed if necessary for a shoot, with add-on fee. Hot tub is available year round as an add-on. Hourly rate shown is based on photo/video shoot or meeting with a crew/talent size of 25 or less for a minimum of 5 hours.
