About the Space
The property is located in the Mid City neighborhood and perfect for small productions and projects that require comfort. Building has great power, good access to the I-10 freeway, forklift and manlift onsite, kitchen, shower, makeup/green room, and outdoor area. We have all your ladders, lighting package, cameras, flats, props, etc on-site (for an extra fee of course). Very secure and onsite manager that will see that everything runs smooth. We're here to make sure your production is a success!

Really loved this venue. It is a really unique space that allowed for great creativity. Rob and his team made is really a smooth and easeful event. We will likely use this place for our annual event.
