The home is perched up off the street with incredible outdoor spaces including decks, garden, views and beautiful natural light! It is tucked away on a very private hilltop in the Glassell Park Hills overlooking the Griffith Observatory and Echo Park area. Great for film and photo shoots as well as corporate team building gatherings, etc. There is an outdoor kitchen, gas fire pit, and ample "hangout" zones including a sunken lounge area with views of the city, outdoor dining table and other "chill out" seating areas. The interior space has beautiful natural light with large windows as well as very carefully curated mid century modern and eclectic furnishings. The neighborhood is very quiet and private and the home offers a very retreat like experience.
