Sited above the street for privacy, and surrounded by mature native landscaping, the occupant enjoys a seamless indoor/outdoor experience. An abundant use of organic materials, including stone flooring, baths with custom recycled glass tile and Carrera marble, and Soapstone kitchen counters. Modern open floor plan in the living room and kitchen with walls of glass integrate verdant gardens and natural pool into the home. Master suite with spa like bathroom, 2nd guest bedroom and bath complete the main floor living space.
