We had the most beautiful baby shower thanks to Sylvana and her beautiful home. They let me pop by early to get our furniture rental and the whole process was smooth and easeful. She and her husband were so welcoming and helpful the whole day. The yard itself is perfect for any gathering with plenty of space and greenery. We rented a few tables and had drop off catering and it was perfect. Plenty of parking in a quiet neighborhood. I can’t recommend this spot enough!

We rented this property for a baby shower and it was PERFECT! The space comes with the backyard, pool, upper picnic table area, and bottom floor apartment which has air conditioning, bathroom, and kitchenette (with full size fridge). The yard and house are stunning. Perfectly manicured yet whimsical. The pool is huge and picturesque. It was helpful that there were various areas with shade as it was a hot day. Sylvana and John (and their dog Jasper) are amazing hosts, so friendly and easy going. They were there to assist with anything we needed, including helping us set up speakers and lending us a couple small items we forgot to bring ourselves. They genuinely love hosting and made the whole process easy from start to end. Sylvana’s communication was quick and friendly the whole time. Tons of street parking available, too which makes it easy! Would definitely use this space again, everyone had the best time.
