Mid century modern house built in 1966 by Jack Simison. It was remodeled in 2012 by Douglas Ewen. The house has a view of the moutains and downtown LA city lights. inside the house it is furnished with togo sofas, B&O suround sound system, and many more iconic decors.

    Lydia was such an amazing host. She was accommodating, gracious, and helped us on multiple fronts. I can’t recommend this space enough - it’s not only gorgeous and cinematic, but the experience working with the owner made it that much better. And made for a very stress-free set. I will almost certainly be back when I have a project that works with this location!
