Our home is a 2,100 SF mid century modern ranch in the heart of Pasadena. It has 3 bedroom (1 adult bedroom, 1 kids room, and 1 guest room), 3 baths, office space, and and large sliding glass doors in the living and dining rooms that allow for plenty of natural light in the room. The custom, modern kitchen was recently updated and features white countertops, walnut cabinets, double oven, 5 burner range, dishwasher and double sink. The home features terrazzo-look quartz stone and walnut hardwood floors. The main bathroom features a freestanding tub, marble and teak vanity, and shower. There is a large patio and deck that span the length of the living and dining areas. We are walking distance to Rose Bowl, Gamble House, 5 minute drive to Old Pasadena and Metro Gold Line. Someone will be onsite for duration of shoot to help with any questions/needs. Our home has been featured in Domino Magazine, Atomic Ranch Magazine, Cottages & Bungalows, SemiStories, and more.
