About the Space

This mid-century modern home is located on a 15,000 square foot lot with a backyard forest. It is bright with the living room windows having a view of the forest and the wall to the backyard is almost completely window. The backyard has been updated with a new pool that glows blue (or any color of your choosing) and a grand pavilion that also has LED lighting, and a modern fan to give it plenty of ambiance. Underneath is a ping pong table and modern couch set. The kitchen has been updated and has a modern feel with dark brown wood, high end appliance and a 10 by 10 island with stove top. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a big balcony in the front of the house. The house is light grey with dark grey accents for the front door. It is the perfect space for filming both indoor and outdoor scenes.
