Our building is a bright and open mid-century modern event space with two restrooms, a stage, and parking lot. We are nestled in a desirable southeast Atlanta neighborhood near the Beltline. Our most common rentals range from private parties to nonprofit gatherings to presentations and NPU meetings.

This was my second time booking this location, and just like the first time, I rate it 5 stars. I mostly like it for the space, cleanliness, and parking! The host is accommodating and quick to respond. Can’t wait to book again when I’m in the area.

This space was clean, affordable and conveniently located to south, east, mid and downtown Atlanta. Joslyn was very pleasant to work with, generously accommodating and transparent concerning the property. We loved the outdoor patio and park which gave us three distinct spaces for our celebration. Included tables, chairs and projection screen were definitely a plus and the all white indoor space was a perfect canvas for our decor. The building is a little dated and though air-conditioned, did get warm once it filled with people. Those would be the only negatives and reason for not giving a 5th star. We would definitely recommend and use again.

If I could give 10 stars out of 5, I would! I loved it! Very spacious and I loved that chairs and tables were provided. I enjoyed myself and my event turned out great! Pleasure working with you Joslyn! I appreciate you & if I ever return to ATL, I would love to book with you again :)
