About the Space
The Woolsey is an expansive mid century estate on 70 acres of property. There is a large trail system on the property. There’s also room for horses and 30+ cars. The home has some of the best views in Los Angeles Including a full valley view from the Ventura border to Mount Baldy. The other side of the house has a lush bouldered canyon and mountain view. You have to see the views to understand how rare an incredible they are. The house is very remote with no visible neighbors. The trails are firm amazing photo opportunities with picturesque boulders, rock face, lush chaparral and seasonal creeks and waterfalls. There are multiple flat lawn areas, an orchard and a large garage/shed on the main property. The property also has a large mission bell from the 1800s. Guest are required to rent a porta potty if you have an event or group over 40 people that will be at the venue for more than two hours
