Rad Mid Century Modern home PLUS Vintage Cars + Motorcycles galore! The house offers a large driveway, big backyard, garage with wood panel, and 4-5 vintage cars on the lot at all times! Great for filming!!! We also offer camera/lighting/grip gear/photography rentals!!! (See link below) About the house: The fun artistic concrete tile entryway leads into an open living plan with dining & living room connected to a kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, smart storage & efficient design coupled with thoughtful fixtures. The living area has vaulted ceilings with a dramatic central beam, wood-burning fireplace and clerestory windows. Large glass doors allow easy flow for indoor-outdoor living. There is plenty of outdoor room and a large fenced backyard with space for BBQ, a raised garden area, shaded Al-Fresco dining and a long driveway that continues to the garage. Currently this area has a workshop and a Vintage trailer converted into a mobile office, and can be used for filming, HMU, artist holding, etc! *** Vintage cars include exterior only. Interior usage is available for an extra charge. Vehicles can also be taken off of location for an additional charge.
