The large a “infinity” deck is the perfect outdoor location for filming and photo shoots alike. Can hold 15-20 yoga mats for retreats, etc. Other features include: large open kitchen, unique entry way, murals, “Madmen” living room, backyard swing, garden, and patio area for lunch or basecamp set up, master bedroom with mural and 2 other furnished bedrooms for shooting or storage areas. House is also great for rolling dolly shots from living room to kitchen. While parking on the hill is limited, previous productions have contracted with nearby woodland hills country club, or Woodland Hills community church for parking hub; Both locations are less than two minutes away. Night shoots are acceptable. Additional riders for jacuzzi and outdoor shower use or night shoots can be negotiated.
