About the Space
A working indoor skatepark and covered street plaza on Miami's, Concrete bowls, ramps, rails and ledges under a high roof with industrial fans, plus an open-air plaza wrapped in graffiti-covered shipping containers and murals. It reads as an authentic Miami street-skate spot with full weather cover - you shoot rain or shine. Built for skate and streetwear campaigns, music videos, editorials, brand content and commercials. Covered viewing areas on both sides of the plaza work as client village, holding, or hair/makeup. Full bar and kitchen on site for crew catering. Gated lot fits production vehicles and grip trucks. Capacity: up to 600 standing / 60+ cast and crew. Power throughout, WiFi, PA system, natural light, load-in through roll-up gates, free on-site parking. Add-ons: A/C room for holding or HMU, early load-in before 8am, helmet/pad rentals for talent, in-house catering and bar packages. Also available: mezzanine-only rental for small crews (see our other listing). Full buyout day rate available (10 hrs) for productions up to 60 crew. Prep/wrap days at half rate. We host shoots regularly and turn around scouts and questions same-day.

- No painting or mounting anything to ramps without written approval. Anyone skating on camera signs a waiver and wears pads. Load-in/out within booked hours; overtime billed at 1.5x in 30-min blocks.
