If one needs a meeting room that is mid-way between a standard-size board room, and a mid-sized room for corporate training or get-togethers, but that maintains the intimacy needed for small lectures, presentations, or hands-on clinics and training at a budget price, then this is the ideal room. It is a section of NY’s Event Hall at a discounted and affordable price set off by movable partitions, it enjoys easy entry from double doors off our East-West Corridor and with direct access to our pantry and break area for easy access to catering and buffet service. It’s our best combination of size and value. We offer a variety of different configurations including but not limited to: Classroom: up to 32 Boardroom: up to 20 U-Shape: up to 18 Workgroup: up to 24 Theater: up to 50 If you’d like a blank canvas for your video or photo shoot, then the room can be left empty. Our space includes: A doorman during business hours 24-hour freight access Free Wi-Fi Catering is available upon request Onsite tech support An airy loft-style atmosphere 2 large screen TVs: 1x 86” + 1x 65” Whiteboards are available upon request Meeting Room 1 is booked only for full-day (9AM to 5PM) and evening (6PM to 10 PM) rates; hourly rates are not available except upon special arrangement.
