The space features a medium-sized office space/conference room as well as a large interior common space. The office space has large street facing windows, allowing plenty of natural light as well as a view of the busy street. The Interior common space has a casual vintage vibe and a large bar, a pool table, and exposed wood ceiling beams. We also have onsite high-speed gigabit fiber internet and post-production/virtual art services as needed. As well as a 16 by 9 foot LED virtual production studio (Please see related listing).
