Completely Remodeled Home. 1st floor has an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms + 2 baths, kitchen, formal dining room, living room, family room, breakfast room and Chef's kitchen with Walnut Cabinets. 2nd Floor consists of master suite. Large windows and natural light throughout. First floor opens up to a large, private front patio and a large, private back yard. Kitchen, bathrooms and all amenities are new. Conveniently located off the 405 freeway. Approximately 10 minutes from LAX. Approximately 2400 sq. ft including the 2nd floor Master Suite. Master Suite is an “ADD ON”. There is onsite parking for 5-6 cars and additional street parking. Load in easily by pulling up the driveway to load into garage or directly into the house. MASTER SUITE-2ND FLOOR ADD-ON The 2nd floor master suite includes the bedroom, bathroom and balcony overlooking the back yard. There is an additional $100.00 cleaning fee to add if this space is booked. Please bring your own disinfecting wipes, gloves, masks, hand sanitizer & other disinfectant products as desired.
Master Suite ADD ON is for 7 people and 8 hours maximum.
Master Suite including bedroom, bathroom & balcony books at a flat fee of $500.00.
Master Suite Rental includes an additional $100.00 cleaning fee
If your production includes 8 people or more, please remove your trash at the end of your day.
Home Office is not included in the rental space unless otherwise agreed to.
