About the Space
Incredible custom home with over 5,000 square feet inside and sits on over a half-acre yard. This home has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms as well as 3 car garage which have made it perfect for both small and large productions. Our home is light and bright designed to bring light into every room. The kitchen is state of the art chef’s kitchen that features over 14 ft island with marble counters and all with neutral white and grey designs. Very private entertainer’s large backyard has custom outdoor kitchen area, firepit, pool, spa, putting green and large grass area as well as several paved areas for dining or lounging. The house has tons of custom elements throughout including accordion doors that open to the backyard making it truly indoor/outdoor space along dining and family room. Large master bathroom that has dual sinks and enormous shower. Some of the other features include fireplaces in both family room & dining room, powder bathroom, large laundry room, beautiful hardwood floors and built-in surround sound. Furniture and wall hangings can be moved to create your perfect scene as long as they are put back. The home has been perfect for numerous commercial and movie productions as well as documentary & photo shoots.

AMAZING! The most gracious hosts. The house was spotless and beautiful. Communication was great, location was great, plenty of parking, and to top it all of, we got to say hey to their beautiful puppy. Such a great experience, would book again!

We loved this house so much we came back to film a second time! It's such a beautiful home with a gorgeous open space kitchen and living room and then a separate, connected, dining room along with the big beautiful patio and backyard. There are so many options of spaces to film, plenty of room for gear, plenty of parking in the neighborhood. The permit is cheap and easy to get on short notice. The house also has several rooms available for green rooms for talent or for HMU. Plenty of separate circuits for lights and good AC to keep you cool between takes. I highly recommend this home for your next project. Although the location fee might be a little higher than you had planned, the low permit fee, ample parking and ease of use and access make it well worth it.

This house is gorgeous through and through and the owners were so friendly and helpful. They let us into the house remotely and were able to do other things (like turn on the waterfall on the spa) remotely as well. The air conditioning worked fabulously and the home was beautiful on camera. There was also plenty of space for our talent to have their own holding rooms (important during COVID) and to have space to stage gear as well. It's also incredibly conveniently located near Starbucks, The Habit and more and made last minute errands or any pickups a cinch. I would happily film here again.
