About the Space

This minimalist, modern meditation/yoga studio is located in the heart of Santa Monica and is perfect for wellness creators, private sessions (meditation, coaching, reiki), private yoga/workout classes, events, book talks, pop-up art shows or retail stores, filming, or anything else you can think of. Unapproved activities include: painting or arts and crafts, loud parties, drug or alcohol use, or anything involving pets or toddlers. All events involving food will be subject for a $150 cleaning fee. The space consists of a larger main studio, reception area, and a restroom. With a second smaller studio area and bathroom upstairs in the loft. Colored ceiling lighting is available in both rooms. Parking is available for free or metered on the surrounding streets and paid parking is available behind the building for $3/hour or $16/day. Available 7 days a week from 8:00am-9:00pm. A member of the studio staff will be available to let you in on the day(s) of your rental.
