Our office is a great space for small video and photo shoots. We use the space for our own educational productions but when we have down time, we make the space available for others to use. It is a medical office that we flipped to make a bit more accommodating to shooting video. The unit features a large patient/hospital room, an exam room, a lab/general purpose area, nurse's station, hallways, ADA compliant bathroom, a small lobby, and a kitchenette area (which we usually use for craft services). The unit is stocked with supplies and working medical equipment, including medical air/oxygen, suction, vital signs, ultrasound, and more. Our typical shoot is about 10-12 people and it fits pretty well in this suite.
The place is located about 25 minutes south of Philadelphia right off of I-95. It is a fairly quiet office, set-back from the street. A small parking lot is available on site.
We charge $175 per hour (4 hour minimum rental) for use of the main medical suite. All medical equipment in the suite is available for use with the rental. We also have a rack of scrubs, lab coats, and patient gowns which are available for use.
We also provide production services should you need technical help with your project. We offer a full range of production services from scripting and casting to shooting and editing. Pricing varies depending on the services needed.
** COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures **
Our studio is a medical office so it is already stocked with soap, hand sanitizer pumps, and assorted PPE (gloves, gowns, masks, etc) for our guests to use. Before and after every shoot the studio is cleaned by our staff following CDC guidelines. All hard and soft surfaces are cleaned and disinfected with extra focus on high touch areas. Disinfectant sprays and cleaners are also available for our guests should they be needed during the rental.
