About the Space

House is located in a small neighborhood located along the Intercoastal Waterway near Carolina Beach. The home is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac approximately 800 yards from the waterway. Looking at the house from the road you will see a large side yard to the right along with a small front and side yard to the left. The property is surrounded by woods to the back of the house and to the right of the house. There is a patio on the property with an outdoor brick oven pizza, fireplace and hot tub. The back of the house has a large wooden deck with a gas fire pit and a 75 inch television hung on the wall. When you enter the house through the front door located on the second floor, you will find an open concept layout with the family room, kitchen and dining room. There is also a 12x12 sunroom off the dining room area separated by a large sliding door. There is also a bedroom/office on this floor along with the master bedroom, laundry room and two full baths. The third floor has 3 bedrooms with two of the rooms sharing a jack and hill bath. The 3rd bedroom has its own full bath. The ground level of the house is a fully enclosed garage with a fully finished bedroom and bath. There is also an outdoor shower at the rear of the house.
