About the Space

The Maritime Gallery’s whale once travelled the South Island as part of a speaking tour. Now it could be the backdrop to your next event. Get out of the conference room and into the galleries for a relaxed networking session. Arrange a nautical photoshoot, a bespoke tour, or a custom scavenger hunt to add something extra to an event. We can plan one-of-a-kind activities for you and ensure you leave with memories that couldn’t be made anywhere else. Includes: Wi-Fi Lectern The Maritime Gallery is one of several world-class galleries of varying sizes and themes, which we open for private events in the evenings (5pm till late) and early mornings (before 10am).
