This Mar Vista home is centrally located in sunny Los Angeles with accessible parking, it is ideal for smaller to medium sized photo & video productions. Nick's place is beautifully decorated, clean, and as pictured. The yard situation is slightly confusing, as the backyard area belongs to a neighbor, but the front yard and side golf area are great! Very easy parking, loading, and communications.
