Nick's place is beautifully decorated, clean, and as pictured. The yard situation is slightly confusing, as the backyard area belongs to a neighbor, but the front yard and side golf area are great! Very easy parking, loading, and communications.

This Mar Vista home is centrally located in sunny Los Angeles with accessible parking, it is ideal for smaller to medium sized photo & video productions. The property is surrounded by views of downtown Los Angeles along with the ocean. There are two large living rooms along with an open dining room and kitchen area, along with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The exterior of the home has a wonderful large open garden with plenty of indigenous southern california plants. In addition to small to medium sized productions, our Mar Vista home can work for small to medium events or modern business meetings.
