About the Space

This neoclassical home was built in 1939 as a near replica to the original home c.1905. All windows and doors and hardware, molding, floors, grand staircase, balconies, columns and cornices are from 1905 making the home feel and look much older than it is. This brick home has a large fence surrounding the nearly 3 acre lot. We have a concrete basketball court with painted lines, a large pool and renovated pool house, gardens, guest house and large deck. We have a sitting room that is covered wall to wall in a 1940s Zuber wallpaper. This handmade wallpaper is wood block printed in their pattern known as Isola Bella. We have a wet bar, butlers pantry, large salon and a dining room that is in the former library. Off the kitchen is a breakfast room and sitting area with tv. Our pool is visible from the rear rooms of the home. The pool house contains a large bar height island, yoga or dance studio and unfurnished weights area with black rubber flooring and extensive mirroring. Our pool deck is fully furnished.
