Our inviting, luxurious, garden oasis single-story ranch-style home offers beautiful ocean views from nearly every room. Bright and open floor plan is great for indoor/outdoor enjoyment. The great room has high beamed ceilings, oak wood floors, and multiple French doors that open to a large ocean view covered patio, grassy front yard, back patio & grassy back yard. The living room features rough-hewn stone fireplace and high-end couch and furniture. The dining room has a beautiful wood table that seats 8 comfortably. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and has large skylights, high-end appliances, polished Taj Mahal countertops, custom cabinets and breakfast bar. The ocean view owner's suite has a king bed w Dux mattress, raised entry, high ceilings, a large spa-style bath, and French doors that open up to a private front patio & backyard. 2 guest bedrooms with queen beds, Casper mattresses, and garden views (one small and cozy, the other spacious), and a 3rd guest bedroom with a twin and trundle pullout bed, with bay windows, ocean view and patio access. 2 full baths near the 3 guest bedrooms. Enjoy multiple outdoor lounging areas, and a large dining table on the upper terrace near an outdoor grill for evening meals. Play hours of ping pong on the back patio. Soak in the hot tub with ocean view, after rinsing under the outdoor shower and a meditative sit in our private redwood sauna. Easy parking and access to house.
