About the Space

Our venue is a multi use mutable space with great natural light. Outdoor garden areas with lots of options for shooting. Three separate structures can be rented separately or together. There is a 1 bedroom Guest House,(900 sq. ft. 12 ft ceiling w steel beams) + Multi -function Studio,( 900 sq ft. 12 ft. ceilings w steel beams, kitchenette, bathroom and sleeping loft) with surrounding decks and steel overhangs, located across the private street from the Main House, which is 4 bedrooms,4 bath, open floor plan, 16 ft ceilings, facing pool and ocean. House is an 80's' architectural that has been updated with post and beam/steel/ and thoughtful landscaping. It's an art filled home with whitewashed wood walls and wood floor, slate tile on fireplace, and many cool areas fro shooting. Abundant parking on private street with no HOA. Production permit is required from Malibu City Film Office. Cast or crew lodging is possible. Beach access to Iconic Paradise Cove is also possible with small crew footprint.
