The Glass Beach House, Pierre Koenig's last built project, is an irreplaceable architectural marvel. The magnificent location, a Cyprus studded cliff top that juts out toward the Pacific at the tip of Broad Beach in Malibu, feels as much like Carmel as Malibu.
