About the Space
Private sanctuary on the hilltops of Malibu. Multi-level property with dispersed structures engulfed in flowing gardens and foliage. Property includes primary house: a petite vintage handmade bungalow surrounded by tropical plants, mature fruit trees, and flowers of all kind. The site includes various outdoor courtyards, natural plant backdrops, and an eclectic mix of themed zones and natural settings including: - An antique Moroccan-styled wall with fountain - Tropical Bali Oasis RV with hanging hammocks - Mediterranean wall - Terraced garden surrounding flowing waterfall feature - Tall grass yard with stone-stepped pathway - Private courtyard with Buddha fountain and outdoor furniture - Ocean views from the upper lot, along with a small platform perched above the natural hillside/canyon. - Neighboring burnout lot with aging ruins from a previous wildfire Frequented by wildlife including: hawks, deer, wild parrots, hummingbirds, squirrels, and more. Photogenic nooks and spaces everywhere. Capacity Outdoor - 25 Indoor seating - 10 Location is easily accessible: less than 2 miles from PCH. This is an ideal location for scenic photo shoots.

Ashley was nothing short of incredible, going above and beyond to ensure our filming experience was smooth, successful and stress-free. She is easily the most attentive host I've ever experienced and communicative from start-to-finish, making my job that much easier. This is to say nothing of the property itself, which is simply magical -- a truly special place that somehow manages to look even better in person than the pictures. Everywhere you look is another perfect frame. I strongly recommend this location and its host, and relish the opportunity to work together again.

Ashley was beyond amazing. Not only was she super helpful with her communication prior to the shoot, but once we got there she was attentive to all of our needs. The property is a no brainer boho fantasy land and was perfect for what I was going for. Parking is solid for 5-6 cars, easy driveway to bring equipment down and A/C inside the house. Her wifi works great as there is no cell service on the property, but hey we're not there to make calls, we were there to work. I can't suggest Ashley's place enough. Thank you!
