About the Space
Majestic mid-century modern house located on top of a hill and set apart from neighbors in the heart of Tarrytown. The house was built in 1955 by famous architect, Roy Johnson, disciple of Frank Lloyd Wright, who designed many mid-century homes around the Hudson Valley area. Floor to ceiling glass windows gives the impression of being in a tree house surrounded by greenery in warmer months, and with wrap around views of the Hudson River in colder months. All original detail from light fixtures to hardwood floors. Multi-level with open floor plan, there is ample outdoor space in the front and back as well as a deck off the Primary Bedroom.

We had a great day-long event at this house. The place has a huge amount of architectural interest and charm. The hosts were very welcoming, helping our event by providing ice chests and extra chairs. The property is very pretty and we spent a lot of time outside. The only wish I have is to have a way to project onto a screen or TV so that it is visible in the large living room.
