This spacious property has a 6 bedroom main house and a 3 bedroom guest house with 3 separate kitchens (perfect for multiple couples/parties!). Located less than a mile to downtown Vineyard Haven, you will find yourself in a great central island location with plenty of amenities to enjoy your vacation. A brand new hot tub, a fire pit, and outdoor grilling will make for many memorable summer nights with you and your friends & family. Enjoy a nice workout in the guest house gym if you're feeling up for it as well! *Rates are subject to change. A 50% deposit is required to book and hold your dates. In the event that you need to cancel, you will still be responsible for all rents due. If we can re-rent the home at the same or higher rate, all rents will be refunded less a 15% cancellation fee. If re-rented at a lesser rate, the difference shall be retained from your payment and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
