About the Space

Located on Bay’s Mountain in beautiful Jefferson County, TN, our property is an ideal location for a film production. We have 30 acres of land, which consists of woods and pastures, with road access to all of it. We also have multiple vintage school buses that are available to use for music or film production as well. Thank you for your consideration and we hope to work with you on your project(s).
