Discover our incredible 5500 square feet studio rental space designed to unleash your creativity. Located in Anjou, our studio offers a versatile and equipped space to meet all your creative needs. What sets us apart: We have a loading dock with an elevator and we are fully equipped with warehouse equipment. We are conveniently located near major highways in an industrial area with great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We also have private parking and ample free street parking. Our studio boasts large windows that flood the space with beautiful natural light on one side. We have a spacious lobby area with coat hooks. For added security, we have a large safe to securely store your valuable items. In addition to offering over 8 creative sets here are some of the exceptional features of our studio: A 180-degree cyclorama. High-quality lighting equipment. A dressing and makeup room. A black room. A fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals and snacks. Two bathrooms. Fast Wi-Fi connection. A coffee machine.
