This backyard is built for hosting. There’s a ton of open space, plenty of comfortable seating, and a mix of shaded and sunny areas that make it easy to set up for different types of events. The covered patio has long benches and tables, the lawn is wide and clean, and there are multiple lounge spots around the yard — including a hanging daybed and several sectional seating areas. You’ll also have access to a full outdoor kitchen and an outdoor bathroom, which makes hosting much smoother for larger groups. Whether it’s a casual celebration, a family gathering, a small corporate mixer, or a production setup, the space can comfortably hold up to 100 people.
