A hidden sanctuary of a family home in the historic neighborhoods. Ideal for photo shoots, product shoots, small TV/film shoots, documentary shoots, and more. Available indoor space includes: PRISTINE COUNTRY KITCHEN DINING AREA LIVING AREA SITTING AREA WITH HUGE, DRAMATIC WINDOWS. Outdoor space includes: MANICURED FRONT YARD LARGE BACKYARD SURROUNDED BY BAMBOO AND VINES. The two yards have entirely unique vibes, resulting in two outdoor shooting spaces on one property. Both are completely blocked off from the street.
