About the Space
This magical guesthouse was built in 1923 in the historic Country Club Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. The moorish windows and wood paneled ceilings bring this breezy guesthouse European vibes all around. There is vintage lighting throughout both spaces. The bedrooms are divided by a secret doorway that is a functional bookcase on one side and a backlit, floating mirror on the other. French doors open out onto the olive tree patio. The largest space offers open kitchen living area with a small dressing room on one side and a bathroom on the other. One bedroom opens to the living room through a curtained archway. The other bedroom has a separate entrance to the patio and it's own full bathroom. The high garden surrounds the cottage guesthouse and you'll find an outdoor cooper bathtub bathed in light under a huge eucalyptus tree. These garden views can be seen from both bedrooms.
