This is a classic 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home set on 40acres. Central AC, WiFi and cable TV all for your enjoyment inside the home. New Gunite Outdoor Pool ready for 2022 season in backyard! Private tennis lessons and Horse back rides can be arranged with Grace for your enjoyment. *Rates are subject to change. A 50% deposit is required to book and hold your dates. In the event that you need to cancel, you will still be responsible for all rents due. If we can re-rent the home at the same or higher rate, all rents will be refunded less a 15% cancellation fee. If re-rented at a lesser rate, the difference shall be retained from your payment and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
