About the Space

This is a 4,000 sq. ft acoustically treated recording and filming facility, with an open layout and a killer vibe. Our Los Angeles Fashion District location is two blocks from the 10 freeway, making it a centrally located / easily accessible destination. The freestanding industrial space is located at ground level. Within the main production space, the ceiling varies between twelve feet and fifteen feet in height. Available at an additional charge: - In-house engineer - Instruments including Yamaha C7 Grand Piano, Guitars, Drums, Microphones etc. - Production office with a private bathroom.

    Zulma and her team were WONDERFUL to work with. Super responsive and available with any questions. Also helped with the audio recording for the shoot and the equipment which made everything streamlined and easy. Also the space is AMAZING to film in; great ambiance and lighting.
