About the Space
The villa offers a luxurious, tropical sanctuary with skyline views perched conveniently above Sunset boulevard. Floor to ceiling windows can be pulled open to create an atmospheric outdoor-in environment (fully equipped with pool and grill), great for gatherings. The property boasts numerous unique shooting backdrops, including heated pool, spa, manicured lawn, an architecturally iconic staircase, black marble fireplace, outdoor staircase, marble chefs kitchen, and tons of well-kept outdoor plant life. To help with productions upon request, we offer clothes racks, hangers, steamers, kitchenware (and paper plates if more convenient), surround sound speakers, towels, and immediate access to concierge and catering services. Location wise, were conveniently located just minutes from Sunset Plaza above Sunset Boulevard, right in the heart of the West Hollywood Hills adjacent the Bird Streets.

This house was beautiful and perfect for our catalog shoot. The backyard was lush and well maintained and made for a picture perfect setting. Both Adam the property manager and Greg the site manager were quick with any communication and very accommodating on the day of the shoot. I would recommend this home.

Loved this location. It is beautiful and easy access. Great communication with Adam (the location manager). He was responsive with the all of the questions that came up. The on-site manager was also super helpful. I would definitely return for another production.
