About the Space
We are a brand new luxury apartment community. We are excited to allow non-residents to book our beautiful amenity spaces. Our main space is an expansive Clubhouse. Included is a Cyber Café with Coffee Bar, Wi-Fi, & Lounge Areas. There is a pool table and shuffle board table as well. There is also a covered lanai with outdoor fireplace, TVs, & seating. There is a second, more intimate space called the Chill Space that is also available for rent which includes a ping pong table, seating, and a mini kitchen (room with the green ceilings).
