About the Space

Come stay in our brand new built custom modern home located in Encino, with a pool, jacuzzi and large rooftop deck with beautiful views. Features open floor plan. 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Sleeps 8 Guests additional air mattresses can be provided. Large pocket doors open up into the backyard for the ultimate LA living. Master Bedroom features a patio, fireplace, walk in closet & large clawfoot tub. Our home is perfect for professional group or family trip. If check-in/check-out time doesn't work for you, please message me and we can comply! There will be a 75$ fee if guests checkout late without permission. All trash needs to be taken out of the house . Any damages to wall will be charged $200 a wall painting fee . Lost key fee $150 No parties, events, or extra guests allowed. There will be a fine of $1500 if done without prior permission. If any kind of smoking is done in the house there will be an automatic charge of $500 for smell remediation. If SMOKING OF ANY TYPE in the house, deposit will not be returned, and additional charges will be made. PET FEE: $125
