Our venue is a luxury event space in the heart of the West Village. Newly opened, we operate as a coffee house & collective workspace in the daytime and a beautiful, intimate event space in the evenings. We're looking forward to learning about your upcoming event!

If you are looking to host an event or have a private gathering, look no further than Lawrence's space!!! Both the space and Lawrence truly exceeded all of my expectations. The space is INCREDIBLE - it's open, yet intimate and cozy and all of the details are breathtaking. The pictures don't even do this space justice because it's truly magical from the moment you walk in. Lawrence couldn't have been a more gracious host and was great at communicating and SO accommodating. I highly recommend this space!!! My guests and I couldn't have had a better experience huge thanks to Lawrence, his space, and his team. I will definitely be back. Thank you again!
