About the Space
In the heart of the Silverlake hills with incredible views of the Hollywood sign, Griffith Observatory, and a epic sunset view across ridges with beautiful palm trees. THIS LISTING IS FOR PRODUCTIONS ONLY - NO EVENTS. FOR PHOTO & PRODUCTION CREWS: We are film and music producers ourselves and designed the house specifically with productions in mind. Please let us know what you need and we can most likely make it happen. Location scouts are welcome and easy for us to schedule, even last minute. We can also FaceTime if you're in a crunch - we get it, we've been there! Please let us know how much space you need for wardrobe, HMU, talent holding, charging stations, crafty, etc. We can discuss your needs to best accommodate you and find a custom rate. Parking is available at the house, in the garage, across the driveway, and on the street. Micheltorena Elementary School is a short walk away that offers parking inside their gates for large crews. The garage can be used as a loading area and we have an elevator to use. Overnight stays are not permitted. However, if crews need to leave things overnight, that can be accommodated. Night shoots are also permitted. Pool / Hot Tub: The pool can be heated. We need 24 hours of advanced notice and there is an extra charge of $200. For the hot tub to be heated upon your arrival we need a one hour notice during the colder months. The charge for just the hot tub is $50. If you are heating the pool, the hot tub is included in the $50. We're look forward to working with you!
