It is both spacious while extremely comfortable and reminiscent of old-world ambience, the kind which can shape memories of a lifetime. The open concept gourmet kitchen boasts all high- end gas appliances, multiple refrigeration units, a huge italian marble island great for hanging out while a meal is being prepared. A fully stocked chef's kitchen loaded with appliances you, will have fun in this sophisticated kitchen. There is a breakfast nook and living area right off of the kitchen. In nice weather, which is more often than not, cooking can be moved outdoors, to the wolfe BBQ range which compliments one of the four expanded outdoor spaces with bancos. The upstairs Master Suite is complete luxury, with a California king bed, massive built in closet, two toilets/sinks, a steam room and walk-in rain shower, an oversized soaking tub, wood floors, decorative fireplace, air conditioning, in floor heat, and an office area with a 200 year old antique desk. All the other bedrooms are on the first level. The second bedroom has a king bed, large built in closet, and an en suite bathroom with beautiful fixtures and gorgeous shower. The third Bedroom Suite has a king bed with two twin beds, two sinks, huge tub, large walk-in shower with a built in closet, and a spectacular view down to the atrium. Bedroom number 4 has a queen bed, ceiling fan, with the bathroom next to it with 2 sinks and tub/shower. The open concept attached guest wing, which can feel completed secluded, has bedroom number 5 with a king bed and an old church door as the headboard, and en suite bathroom with a shower. This wing has its own fully equipped second kitchen with a dining area and living area. It also has its own private courtyard and relaxing seating area. The bathrooms are all elaborate and with detailed tile and stone work, they are full of character for soothing luxury. There are several flat screen TV's throughout the home. Ample parking. Our housekeeper is available at extra cost.
