We require all guests to immediately notify us if anything is damaged

Damage, including stains, broken furniture, etc, will be charged for the cost of replacement.

We will conduct a walk-through prior to and at the completion of the booking

No smoking on on property due to dry brush. Butts or other evidence of smoking will be charged a minimum $200 fee.

Dispose of any trash in designated trash areas. Any left behind trash will result in a minimum $200 fee.

No animals permitted on the property.

No tampering with or obscuring security system

Failure to comply with the Venue Rules may result in your party's immediate removal from the property without refund.

Use of restroom(s) for a crew of 15 people or less is allowed
