About the Space
It's suitable for various occasions such as photo shoots, product launches, birthday celebrations, gender reveals, book signings, showers, fundraisers, brunches, small family get-togethers, or pop-up events. Conveniently located just 4 minutes (a 10-15 minute walk) from the Hyattsville Crossing Metro Station. With a maximum capacity of 35 guests, the rental includes access to the entire downstairs area along with kitchen facilities. There's also a small unfenced yard and patio available for outdoor ceremonies and events. Additionally, we offer the option of providing five 6ft tables and 30 white padded chairs for an extra fee. Please refer to our add-ons for further details. We offer one complimentary walkthrough of the space prior to booking; simply reach out to schedule a suitable time. Serious inquiries only, please. Please be mindful that setup and breakdown time should be factored into your overall booking duration to avoid any late charges, which are billed at time and a half. Remember, we allow only one complimentary walkthrough. Serious inquiries are appreciated. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to host your exceptional event! General Rules • No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed indoors. • Outside catering is allowed. • Events must be over by 10 p.m. • Music is allowed at conversational level as this is a residential neighborhood. No loud BASS please. • Wine, Champaign and beer are permitted, but limit hard alcohol please. • Please keep gathering off of the street. • All trash should be bagged. PLEASE BRING TRASH BAGS. • Tables and chairs should be broken down and put away as found. PLEASE NOTE, there will be a $50 breakdown fee applied for failure to return tables and chairs to original position. • You are responsible for providing tablecloths and your own decorations. • NO glitter, paint, confetti, paper streamers, silly string, dots, OR balloons with dots please as it is very difficult to clean up. PLEASE NOTE, there will be a $75 clean up fee applied for failure to adhere to this request. Event Setup & Storage Please plan to bring in all décor and materials with you and plan to setup/breakdown DURING your rental time in order to avoid late charges.
