About the Space

Our Creative Studios is home to 11 different creative spaces. We have two recording studio rooms (Our max for our biggest studio is 20 people), a podcast room, a staged office room with attached waiting area that could be used for film and private castings. Our studios have high tech equipment, staged and natural lighting, chandelier ceilings, velvet seats, gold trimmed mirrors… We believe in not only offering recording space but an experience! Office With Attached Waiting Room: (The Casting Studio) -Professional Desk and Chair inside of office -Mac Book and Printer provided inside of office -suitcase prop provided -four chair circular dining table set inside of office -2 waiting chairs in the hall attached to the office studio used as a “waiting area” for casting or any form of rented office purposes. -flat screen television mounted on the walls of the waiting area -fits 7-14 people Podcast Recording Room: -Sound proof room -two mics and headphones provided -desk and chair -flat screen television mounted on wall -fits 1-3 people Recording Studio #1: (Luxurious Recording-1) -recording studio -sound proof -mic included in booth - computer and sound equipment provided - sound proof booth - chandelier ceiling -fits 3-5 people Single Workspace: -work space for one -sound proof -desk and chair -MacBook desktop available -flat screen television mounted on wall -fits 1-2 people Recording Studio #2: (Grand Lux Recording -2) -recording studio -sound proof -full sound equipment provided -mic and booth -chandelier ceiling -kitchen area -fits 10-15 people
